1. Crushing on site

Crushing and repurposing existing road materials

Our Crushers have the ability to reclaim road material down to 35 cm and crush stone up to 24cm in diameter. These are powerful machines that both eliminate the need for mass replacement and thus takes away the need for transportation of existing mass or adding new mass to the construction site. The latest generation crushers are also the first to incorporate the the application of Biobinders with exact moisture measurements in one operation.

Biopolymers and Biobinders represent the future of road making due to several compelling reasons. 3. Sensors, AI and large data sets

We all know its coming, but we dont know how to utilize it, AI. At Carbon Crusher we have developed an image algorithm that can detect and predict road maintenance needs. This allows our customers to plan and document all road maintenance needs in a structured and effective manner.

Our sensors package developed to improve all project execution can detect moisture in the ground, calculate the exact amount of Biobinder is needed to make the strongest road and calculate the level of compacting and grading that is needed to optimize your road.

All of these functions are great, but how do we make sense of them? The problem with the virtual world vs the real world is that you cant just go out and look at the problem or the road in a software. Now you can, we have implemented a real world UI that places data at a geographical place, a real world simulation. We are looking forward to showing you how.
